Torbrecks The Laird
Torbreck’s The Laird is Australia’s most expensive wine. The name of the wine is derived from the Scottish language, ‘The Laird’ meaning, the Lord of the Manor. This luxurious table wine is dark and has an incredible nose of blackberries, cassis and violet aromas and is finished with a flavor that’s absolutely beautiful. This top wine is exclusively available at Torbreck’s Nuriootpa cellar door and only 400 bottles of this Barossa Valley shiraz have been made by Torbreck chief wine maker David Powell. This wine has been released two months ago and as of now, they have sold 75% of its new stock and is forecast to sell thousands of bottles within the next decade.
