Qatar PM buys Manhattan Mansion

We have some expensive news for you. The Prime Minister of Qatar, Sheikh Hamad bin Jassim bin Jaber al-Thani recently bought a mansion in New York City for a whopping $47 million. It was first listed for $75 million in 2008, but was bought recently for a lot less from real estate magnate Aby Rosen. Located at 22 E. 71st Street, this 45-foot-wide mansion was originally built in 1922, measuring around 21,000 square-feet. According to property listings, it features five floors, a reception hall and a jacuzzi.
