Perla Del Mare

Yachting may not be the most ‘green’ of activities, except if you’re on board something like this beauty. The pearl of the sea, Pearl Del Mare is a 138-foot sailboat with six berths and enough room for 12 people. It’s green because it uses wind power to cruise for about 11 knots, and her wooden hull gives the passengers a different sensation than that of an aluminum or fiberglass-hulled vessel. She’s currently docked in Brentwood, UK and is being offered for sale by KIS Marine, through JamesList. ~$8.5 million.
