Knotted Maple

Think pancakes are the only thing that maple syrup is good for? A distiller in Maine thought of blending maple syrup and converted it into the Knotted Maple. It’s kinda like brandy though technically, it’s not. You’ll be surprised as this spirit isn’t sweet, but goes down smooth with a warm finish. Goes well with dark chocolate and can be used in place of rum. $36.
