Being a man from Manila, I’m especially proud that, for the first time, a luxury Swiss watchmaker features the Philippine capital on a watchface. Jaeger-LeCoultre celebrated the first anniversary of their boutique in Manila by releasing a limited number of these Philippine Edition Reverso Squadra Chronographs. The black watchface features red highlights, including the number ’8′ to commemorate the year 2008. On the flip side of the watch is a world time with ‘Manila’ in red. There’s also a map of the Philippine archipelago on the inside of the case, making sure you don’t forget what nation is being honored with the watch. ~$22,000.
