JeanRichard Highlands Big Life

Hunting big game is really exhilarating – until you find out there’s not much to hunt anymore. A more noble thing to do at this day and age is to protect animals, not hunt them. JeanRichard joins the efforts in protecting the endangered animals of the African savannah with the Highlands watch. Proceeds of the watch will benefit the Big Life Foundation, a cause founded by photographer Nick Brandt which aims to protect Africa’s rich biodiversity. The watch itself is large, with a tonneau shaped, sandblasted steel case, 44.5mm wide. It houses a JR1000 movement with a date complication. All the colors for every model of the watch features the shades of Africa, from the sand to even the iconic baobab tree. $TBD.
