Ilene Hamann
It’s not shocking to see models turning into photographers, but it’s unusual when it’s the other way around. Ilene Hamann studied at the Stellenbosch Academy of Design and Photography but had to stop on her first year in school. Her teachers realized that she’s better in front of the lens than behind it. Things were on the up and up for Ilene afterwards and she even starred in the Bollywood film ‘Rog’.
