Girard-Perregaux 1966 Collection

Girard-Perregaux was awarded the Neuchâtel Observatory’s Centenary Prize in 1966. In 2006 they brought the same collection back to revere their prior accomplishments. In 2010 they’ve added some designs to the collection which includes a column-wheel chronograph with 30-minute counter, central second hand, and a tachometric scale. The column-wheel chronograph has 304 components that were all developed and produced in-house; what a feat! Three designs are available: red and white gold, palladium with full calendar and palladium with small seconds. Each design is limited to 199 pieces. $12,350-$24,000.
