Corvette Custom Coupe

While modern cars may get all the toys and comfort, they still won’t match the style of the classics. This one, however, has the look of the old, with the amenities of the new. Based on the 1963 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray, it has a fiberglass reproduction body resting on a C4 frame, suspension and steering. Power comes from an eight-cylinder LS3 engine delivering 430hp. The handling and braking system has been upgraded too, because cool as classic cars might be, they aren’t exactly a dream to drive. Look for this beauty in Barrett-Jackson’s Scottsdale event. $TBD.
