Bulgari Papillon Chronograph

Bulgari and Daniel Roth didn’t reinvent time for their Papillon Chronograph but they threw in a few tricks or so in displaying it. This isn’t a retrograde watch per se, as the ‘trick’ hand in the middle displays the minutes while pointing downwards before switching back when another hand has its turn. It has a 44mm wide 18kt gold case hiding a Calibre DR2319 automatic movement. Don’t worry, somewhere between the watchface, it displays the hour too. $44,500.
