Bremont P-51

While it’s not unusual to find watches made to resemble aircraft gauges or dials, it’s hard to top what Bremont’s been doing. The company makes watches from aircraft parts. This time around, the game-changing Mustang P-51, nicknamed ‘Fragile but Agile’ gets the Bremont royal treatment and found life as a luxury wristwatch. The plane saw action in the Battle of Manila Bay in the Philippines with two confirmed kills. The P-51 watch, on the other hand, is powered by a modified Swiss BE-54A automatic movement and resembles as much of the legendary aircraft as possible. The dial and the movement will both be infused by the same aluminum as the ones on the skin of the plane. Because of the rarity of the Mustangs and the pain it must have caused in chopping up those airborne heroes, only 251 pieces of this watch will be made. ~$11,800+.
