Comedy actor, Ben Stiller, recently listed his Manhattan duplex for $9.6 million. Not sure why they’re slashing about half a million for the asking price, as he and his wife Christine Taylor bought this property for $10 million back in 2008. Anyway, the duplex is amazing, covering 4,000 square feet of area, which has five bedrooms and five bathrooms and lot more. It’s located at Riverside Drive on the Upper West Side, giving a beautiful river view. $9.6 million.
