A collaboration between Stuart Hughes of Liverpool U.K. and Hebanon Fratelli Basile of Nocera Superiore Italy has produced a stunning piece of furniture that is adorned with luxurious materials fit for a king. Crafted in chestnut wood, cherry wood and ash wood, the Baldacchino Supreme features 107kg of solid 24ct gold plating that can be seen in all parts of this luxury bed, including the leaf ornaments. First-class Italian silk and cotton are used in the cover and curtains. The headboard can also be customized with diamonds and other precious stones. $6.35 million.
