Arash AF10 Supercar

A car that has been conceptualized 5 years ago finally hits production and will make its world debut at the 2010 MPH The Prestige & Performance Motor Show. It’s the Arash AF10 from Arash Cars, that goes against what one would term ‘traditional’ British practice of using as small an engine block as possible to keep the weight to a minimum. This super car is said to be a clone of the Ferrari Enzo, was slated to be an affordable car. However, things have changed with regards to its price, maybe due to the enhancements done, but Arash is still hoping that the AF10 will steal sales away from other small-scale supercar manufacturers, such as Koenigsegg and Pagani. The car will be powered by a 550-horsepower seven-liter LS7 V8 engine from a Corvette ZR-1, that can crank out up to 475 ft-lb of torque. The engine would be mated to a six-speed Graziano GT-ME1 transmission. It features two-piece aluminum wheels measuring 9.5×19 inches in the front, and 12.5×20 inches in the rear and a body made from carbon fiber, making it lightweight, making it capable of reaching a top speed of 205 mph. $1 million.
