AB Yachts AB 166

Pushing the limits in terms of speed, size and performance for a yacht of this magnitude is the latest concept from AB Yachts. The AB 166 is almost 50 meters long (164 feet) but will probably cruise for up to 40 knots, topping at 48. It achieves this by a clever, planing design, which leaves just parts of the hull in contact with the water for reducing drag. She has room for 26 people (including crew) with five cabins and six baths for guests, and the same number of cabins and baths for crew members. The size and features of the yacht come with a hefty price tag, but it’s definitely worth it for people who think yacht should be taken up to speed. ~$37.74 million.
